Refunds and returns policy
Items purchased from Pole Lovers can be returned within 14 days of receipt of shipment in most cases.
During this period, you can try out the product and examine it as you would if you were buying something in a physical store. The product must be in the same condition as you received it and must not be damaged in any way.
You are allowed to take the product out of its packaging, unless it is sealed. If you decide to return the items, you must let us know by filling in the returns form on our website below. You can also let us know that you wish to return your order by sending us an e-mail to the following address: service-client@polelovers.store.
Please note that items must be returned within 14 days of your return notification.
Processing your return
After receiving your return package, we will inspect the returned items and begin processing your refund. Money will be refunded according to the original method of payment (used at the time of purchase).
The refund will be made within 7 days.
You will have to cover the return shipping costs yourself and you are responsible for your package until proof of receipt by Pole Lovers.

Exceptions for conditional returns
Socks and tights: can only be returned if they are in their original packaging and have not been worn.
Items discounted by 50% or more: may be returned under the 14-day cancellation policy following delivery.
Defective items
In the event of a defective item, please contact us by e-mail at service-client@polelovers.store, enclosing a photo of the item concerned.
